LOUIS P. SOLOMON, a resident of Bethesda, Maryland, has over 40 years experience in program and financial management, business development, and systems engin-eering. He holds a Masters degree from MIT and a Ph.D. from UCLA. Solomon has worked in industry, in the U.S. Government, and in academia. He has published both fiction and nonfiction books, as well as many scientific and technical articles. Solomon occa-sionally writes a blog, "Wisdom of Solomon." He is also president of LifeECHOES, a family legacy book publishing company.
LINDA H. JENKINS, a resident of Picayune, Mississippi, has 35+ years experience as a tech-nical editor, a writer, a librarian and a document specialist. Her areas of expertise are fiction, nonfiction, medical, and earth and physical sciences. She directed the Publications Section and a restricted U.S. Government research library at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. Jenkins wrote style and writing guides for research organizations, worked as a public school librarian, and a as research analyst for a major contractor. She designs, edits, and produces both paper books and eBooks for Pearl River Publishing.
The late DICK VAN ORDEN served his country for 34 years in the U.S. Navy. A WWII veteran, he was appointed as the U.S. Navy's Chief of Naval Research and Deputy Oceanographer of the Navy. He was also an advisor to the Secretary of the Navy and the Chief of Naval Operations on scientific matters. matters. Van Orden''s first published novel, The Hindenburg Enigma, was pub-lished with Pearl River Publish-ing. He has also written and published many scientific papers and four books on Navy ships. He also wrote the first children's book on Coast Guard and Navy vessels.
