Library of the Sands
The city of Alexandria was established by Alexander the Great in April of 334 BCE. Alexander’s vision was for a lib rary that would house the great books and teaching of the world. The library flourished for the next thousand years. It was destroyed three time, and scholars have long dreamed of the riches this great library might have held.

But was everything really destroyed? Did a shrewd chief librarian have the foresight to prepare for such a catastrophe? What if the precious documents were not destroyed bu in fact were saved and stored in a desert hideout, still waiting to be discovered? This far-reaching adventure, with its exquisite historical details, takes place across the centuries and the sands of time from the time of Alexander the Great to the present day.
